Strochitsy, Belarus

We were surprised about having so nice historical place near Minsk! I can advice for sure to visit Strochytsy (The National Museum of Rural Life and Architecture) to anyone from my foreign friends! Especially it is very beautiful there in spring I guess ;) We've been there in the beginning of 2010 together with our 34mag team

Strochitsy is only 18 km from Minsk, is a small village on the banks of the River Ptich. Collections of original pieces of architecture let you compare Belarusian rural styles from different parts of the country and different ages.
